If you are planning the sale of your practice – it is never too early to list. If you are an associate dentist looking to purchase a practice – we can provide analysis and assessment of the practice you are interested in.

Interested parties can email initial enquiries and receive agreed information disclosure. When genuine interest is established we will move to facilitation of the transaction.

Our aim will be to match purchasers with a practice that meets their requirements in type of dentistry, location, level of staff expertise and support, established or developing practice. (DI Practice Valuation service will assist in this objective.)

To ensure that there is no conflict of interest in dealing with both seller and buyers we have entered into an agreement with a Licensed Real Estate Agent – specialist in commercial business – to refer members to in the cases where we are approached to act for two parties in a transaction.
